Mr. Kilfedder

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many persons wanted for terrorist-type offences committed in Northern Ireland since the coming into operation of the Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act are now in the Irish Republic;

(2) how many persons wanted for terrorist-type offences committed in Northern Ireland are now in the Irish Republic.

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether the Government of the Irish Republic has made any approaches to him regarding the operation of the Criminal Law Jurisdiction Act and the possible prosecution of offenders under the Act who are now living in the Irish Republic.
