§ Mrs. Chalkerasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what representations he has received from Motability Ltd. about the commutation of the £10 mobility allowance from next July.
§ Mr. Alfred MorrisWhile we have not been approached by Motability about commuting mobility allowance, the 605W organisation has asked what arrangements can be made to pay over the allowance to it. My department has now agreed to transfer mobility allowance to Motability when authorised by the beneficiary to do so.
