§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe Government will continue to ensure that adequate powers are available to the courts. I shall shortly have another meeting with my right hon. Friend the Minister of State, Department of the Environment, who has responsibility for sport and recreation, and the Chairman of the Football Association to discuss recent incidents and see whether any lessons are to be learnt from them.
