§ Mr. HoramThe 1978 quotas were negotiated last autumn and represent an increase of just over 10 per cent. on the 1977 figures. We see no prospect of securing any further increase in this year's total, but the relevant joint committee will meet again in September, when we hope that further increases will be obtained for 1979.
