§ Mr. Alfred MorrisThe Supplementary Benefits Commission can already make additions to benefit to claimants who incur additional expenditure because of exceptional circumstances, including disability. A team of officials is currently reviewing the supplementary benefit scheme and will be reporting soon to my right hon. Friend.
