§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of Overseas Development if she will make a statement on the outcome of the UNCTAD ministerial meeting on Third world debts held in Geneva in March 1978; what effect this will have on official debt owed by developing countries to the United Kingdom; and which of the poorest developing countries in debt to the United Kingdom will be granted relief under the UNCTAD agreement.
