§ 42. Mr. Gryllsasked the Minister of Overseas Development when he next expects to meet representatives of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to discuss further British aid to Vietnam.
§ Mrs. HartI have not hitherto met representatives of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to discuss British aid to Vietnam and I have no present plans to do so. Negotiations with Vietnam about aid matters are conducted through the British Embassy in Hanoi.
