§ Dr. MabonThe Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission informs 419W me that the lessons of recent incidents in the United States will be studied in relation to the storage of liquefied petroleum gases at Sullum Voe as soon as information on these incidents becomes available. It is not at present clear whether the circumstances of these incidents will be relevant to the storage of liquid petroleum gases at a large reception terminal relatively remote from communities of the size reported as being involved in the United States. The installation is currently being constructed, including the storage facility for liquid petroleum gases. Its design is understood
