§ Mr. John SilkinNo costs were incurred in the financial year 1976–77. There is estimated provision for £2,700 in 1978–79 against the possibility of appeals being lodged with the tribunal.
No allowance has been made for expenditure in connection with this body on Ministry salaries and accommodation which would have been incurred whether or not the body existed.
