Friend the Member for Islington, South and Finsbury (Mr. Cunningham) will be relevant to any revision of the force establishment.—[Vol. 945, c. 399–400.] When I have these, and in the light of other relevant factors, including the recruitment situation at the time, the Commissioner and I will consider what further action is needed towards reviewing the force establishment.
