§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friend's principal responsibilities are for: the health of the community and in particular for the National Health Service in England; personal social services in England provided by local authorities; and for the social security schemes in Great Britain and for matters affecting United Kingdom war pensioners. In addition, my right hon. Friend has certain responsibilities in relation to the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys.
