§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe continued extension of UHF television services is primarily a matter for the broadcasting authorities which tell me they plan to bring a further nine stations into service in Wales this year. It is estimated that the UHF services will by then be available to about 94 per cent. of the population of Wales.
