§ Mr. David Mitchellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, of the London provincial tax offices that have been moved out of London, which have a freefone service so that additional costs do not fall on the taxpayer as a result of decisions to relocate tax offices out of London; and which persons or corporate bodies are entitled to the use of freefone facilities in this connection.
