Friends the Members for Darlington (Mr. Fletcher) and for Bethnal Green and Bow (Mr. Mikardo) afford Parliament the opportunity to consider possible changes in the recognition provisions of the Employment Protection Act designed to deal with problems of the kind which have, I understand, arisen in this and certain other disputes over recognition.
