§ Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table showing (a) the cost of energy consumed by the Property Services Agency in each of the past five years, (b) the percentage change in energy consumption for each year, using 1973 as base year and (c) an estimate of the cash and percentage of energy saved as a result of conservation measures.
