§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what changes have been made to the cash limit for local 149W authority personal social services capital expenditure in England in 1977–78 as a result of the aid to the construction industry announced by the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 26th October 1977.
§ Mr. MoyleCash limit DHSS/LAL, published in Cmnd. 6767, and amended by my right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary to the Treasury as announced in his reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Hayes and Harlington (Mr. Sandelson) on 18th November 1977.—[Vol 939, c.410–12.]—has been increased by £1.1 million to £32.5 million to cover that part of the expenditure for which loan approvals will be issued in this financial year.
