§ Dr. Owen,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 22nd February 1978; Vol. 944, c. 1413], gave the following information:
The Government later today are publishing a White Paper on the Belgrade CSCE follow-up meeting which ended yesterday. Copies are being placed in the Library of the House.
