§ Mr. Merlyn ReesPending the outcome of the appeal by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England against a judgment delivered in the High Court on 25th January, I have deferred further consideration of a number of reports submitted to me by the Commission. The report on new electoral arrangements for the borough of Gosport is affected by this deferment.
