§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will visit the offices of his Department in the parliamentary constituency of Lambeth, Central to discuss with the local official matters such as hospitals, medical facilities, social security benefits and all matters as falling within the purview of his ministerial representation.
