Mr. Hal Miller

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list those local authorities in the North-West that have benefited from the EEC Regional Fund aid to infrastructure projects during 1977; and if he will list the projects for which this aid was granted;

(2) if he will list those local authorities in the North-East that have benefited from the EEC Regional Fund aid to infrastructure projects during 1977; and if he will list the projects for which this aid was granted.
