§ Mr. Guy BarnettThe official steering group of the Consultative Council on Local Government Finance has considered the progress made by the fees and charges working group and has concluded that its work is not yet sufficiently advanced for substantive discussion by the Council. It is envisaged that a report will be presented to the Council later this year.
