Mr. Lee

asked the Attorney-General (1) what was the residual cost to public funds of Lewis v. Heffer;

(2) what was the residual cost to public funds of McCormick v. Heffer and others;

(3) what was the residual cost to public funds of Lewis v. Kitson and others.

Other than some net administrative costs, which are not quantifiable in any event, none of the costs relating to these cases has fallen on public funds.
