§ Dr. SummerskillAs my right hon. Friend explained in the answer he gave to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Grimsby (Mr. Mitchell) on 27th February, we have not yet made any decision about any possible increase in the television licence fees. The arrangements for making any announcement about changes in the fees must depend on the circumstances at the time.
