§ Mr. Onslowasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will postpone the proposed changes in Her Majesty's Customs and Excise procedure for the clearance of ships arriving in United Kingdom ports, at present due to take effect on 1st April. in order to allow time for adequate consultation with shipowners and others concerned.
