§ Dr. John CunninghamYes. The average price of petrol moved up only marginally during the tanker drivers' dispute and there were only isolated reports of sharp price increases. As supplies return to normal, prices are tending to move down towards their earlier levels.
My Department is continuing to monitor average retail petrol prices on a regular basis.
