§ Mr. Tierneyasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will institute discussions with the Health and Safety Commission into the operation of the provisions of Section 3 of the Health and Safety at Work Act and the extent to which it covers registered and non-registered medical practitioners.
§ Mr. John GrantI understand that the Commission is at present considering these issues and that it is likely they will shortly begin discussions with interested parties. I shall await the outcome of these discussions.
