§ Mr. Guy BarnettRepresentations have been received from the appellant, local planning authority and interested third parties. The appeal concerns the512W matters which were reserved in an outline planning permission granted by the local planning authority. Arrangements are now being made for a site visit and the decision will be taken as soon as possible after this has been carried out.
