§ Mrs. HartNo provision is made in the British bilateral training programme at present for South African students. In respect of Namibians, 134 applications for awards under the training programme have been considered since 1975. So far 38 awards have been made, at an esti-374W mated cost of £215,000 in the three financial years 1976–77 to 1978–79.
