§ Dr. SummerskillI take it that the hon. Member has in mind the consequences of local government reorganisation. We have no reason to believe that coordination between areas which were policed by different forces prior to reorganisation is deficient. I should make it clear that operational co-ordination is a matter for the chief constable concerned and not his police authority.
