§ Mr. Grocottasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will provide a list of payments received on public dividend capital issued to the nationalised industries.
§ Mr. Joel Barnett,pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 27th February 1978; Vol 945, c. 83], gave the following information:
1974 and (b) March 1974 is approximately (a) £884 and (b) £428.
The figures have been calculated on the same basis as those given in my earlier reply to the hon. Member—[Vol. 939, c. 708–9]—except that the amounts have now been expressed at December 1977 prices.
