Mr. Maxwell-Hyslop

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services, for each year 1974–75, 1975–76 and 1976–77, and in the draft area health authority plan for 1977–78, what percentage of Devon Area Health Authority total current expenditure budget was spent on administration; what was the sum in £ sterling; and why this figure does not appear in the draft plan as submitted to the Devon Area Health Authority for its approval.

The area operational plan for 1978–79–1980–81 which was considered by the authority at its February meeting and a copy sent to the hon. Member is concerned with proposed developments by the authority and those relating to administration are included in Section 1.18 of the plan.
