Mr. Kilroy-Silk

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what is the longest period that a prisoner has been in cellular confinement for disciplinary reasons; what was his offence; and where he is located;

(2) how many prisoners at the latest available date are: (a) in cellular confinement, (b) excluded from association work, and (c) confined while awaiting adjudication; and how many are men and how many women.
