asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what is his estimate of the number of Cubans in Africa.

I refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Bexleyheath (Mr. Townsend) on 22nd May. We have no separate estimate of the number of Cuban non-military personnel in Africa.—[Vol. 950, c. 448.]
