§ Mr. TomlinsonMy hon. Friend the Member for Newham, South has written to my hon. Friend the Minister of State about this. The Office of Official Publications of the European Communities plans to reprint very shortly the volume "Treaties Establishing the European Communities" containing, among other texts, the amended text of the Treaty of Rome. In these circumstances my right hon. Friend does not think it would be right to incur the expense of duplicating the work of the Communities Office of Official Publications.
