§ Mr. MillanI have no locus in relation to charitable status, and any question arising over the charitable status of a particular body in Scotland would fall to be resolved by the courts. While I am aware that concern has been expressed in England and Wales, and recently in Scotland, about the activities of the Unification Church, I have received no representations on the subject.
