§ Mr. Alec JonesThe Government's views on the state of the steel industry in the United Kingdom were contained in the White Paper "British Steel Corporation: the Road to Viability" (Cmnd. 7149). I am satisfied that the measures announced in the White Paper are the right ones for Wales as for the United Kingdom as a whole.
