§ Mrs. HartThere are one full-time and 324 part-time appointments to various bodies and committees. The total annual expenditure on salaries—including flat-rate annual payments—and fees is approximately £42,000. I regret that the sum paid as expenses is not readily available and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost. I will of course continue to keep the number of these appointments under review.
