§ Mr. HoramOn the southern section of the M25, two sites are being considered for development soon after the motorway is opened, at Poyle near London Airport and a site near Wester-ham. Later a site between them, near Leatherhead, might be needed. Suitable sites have not yet been identified on the northern section of M25.
