§ Mr. Gryllsasked the Secretary of State for Trade what commitments his Department has entered into with. the Romanian Government with regard to the purchasing of goods from Romania in lieu of payment for the BAC 1–11 aircraft, and aircraft parts, to be supplied to the 339W Romanian Government by British Aerospace.
