§ Mr. Les HuckfieldFigures of gross national product are not readily available on a comparable basis for the member States of the EEC, Japan and the United States of America. Reasonably comparable figures for gross domestic product at market prices are available and investment by manufacturing industry is shown as a proportion of this measure of national income. Figures are given only for those countries where investment by manufacturing industry or a close approximation to manufacturing industry is available:
