§ Mr. MillanSince the working capacity of an educational establishment varies from time to time because of a number of factors, the information requested about places is not readily available. The fallowing table shows the actual and estimated numbers of full-time equivalent students for the years concerned. The percentage of full-time foreign and Commonwealth students in the colleges in 1976–77 was 3.2.
