§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Trade on how many occasions in recent years, to his knowledge, manufactures and industrial equipment have been exchanged with foreign countries on the basis of the consignor or a company associated in the transaction receiving crude oil in payment; and whether any corporation for which he is responsible has been or is contemplating such an arrangement.
