Whether they can produce figures for the number of claims upheld for unfair dismissal and the number of claims dismissed, for each year since the 1974 Employment Protection Act came into force.

Complaints of unfair dismissal are brought under Schedule 1 to the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974. Following is the information requested:—
