§ Mr. BennThe Department currently pays compensation to the Central Electricity Generating Board on Class IV Vote 8 in respect of the costs of bringing forward the construction of the Ince B power station. The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority, British Nuclear Fuels Ltd., and the Radiochemical Centre Ltd., are currently constructing a small48W number of buildings, the costs of which fall mainly on Class IV Vote 5. The Department understands that the relevant statutory requirements, including those requiring the provision of facilities for disabled people where it is both practicable and reasonable to do so, are complied with.
