§ Mr. Clinton DavisNo. The chairman of the British Airports Authority has said that the Authority is deferring its proposals to expand capacity at Stansted to handle 4 million passengers a year and will review the position early next year. The White Paper on airports policy does not stipulate when such proposals should be brought forward.
