§ Mr. Harold WalkerEarly in 1971 the Secretary of State announced that the Manpower and Productivity Advisory Service would in future concentrate on work related to the manpower and industrial relations functions of the Department. The Service was merged into the Department's Industrial Relations Division in January 1972.
