§ Mr. Litterickasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what sum of money is to be allocated from urban aid funds to the Birmingham Boy Scouts Association during 1978–79; what proportion this represents of the total money being made available for the funding of youth organisations in the city of Birmingham; and what proportion of the aggregate membership of Birmingham youth organisations is affiliated to the Birmingham Boy Scouts Association;
(2) if he will publish in the Official Report figures showing the estimated membership of the youth organisations in the city of Birmingham receiving financial assistance from urban aid funds administered by the Birmingham Inner Urban Area Partnership Committee, during 1978–79, together with the sums of money allocated to each organisation;
(3) if the urban aid funds being allocated by the Birmingham Inner Urban Area Partnership Committee to the Birmingham Boy Scouts Association during 1978–79 are to be used only within the partnership area; and how the funds
