§ Mr. Harold WalkerThe Employment Protection Act leaves matters of this kind to the discretion of the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service to determine in the light of the particular circumstances of each individual case. The service has described its general approach to such matters in its annual report for 1977, which was laid before the House on 12th April.
