Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what were the total sums paid to recipients of social benefits in the areas covered by the social benefits offices in Londonderry, Coleraine and Limarvady in the latest available week; what were the sums paid in the corresponding week in 1977; and how much this represents per head of the total population in those areas.
