Back-court Improvements

Mr. Craigen

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) when a decision will be made on the question of housing association back-court improvements being funded by the Scottish Development Department as with rehabilitation work on properties below the tolerable standards;

(2) what consultations he has had with Glasgow District Council about the growth of and funding of schemes for back-court environmental improvement.
